Dave Chappelle had a good standup on this saying how men and women are different.
He said something to the effect of when you meet a guys girlfriend, as a guy you say she's nice, I need to get me a girl like her. But when women meet a girls boyfriend, the woman says I got to have that man.

You never said whether bf is your friend. If he is, then she is off limits. If not, then go for it. I would never go after a married woman because I respect marriage. Bf/Gf is nothing. If he thought she was all that ,he should have put a ring on her finger.
