It's a combination of several anecdotes about Sklansky, one being about him being seen with a black hooker or stripper (?), and the other about a story he told about how he took in a 16 year runaway who he believed to be 21. There was a lenghty thread about it in the SSF, and then she did her own ask me thread in NVG.

There's been a few in NVG and the SSF (although he may have deleted the thread in his own forum).

Here's a link to the 16 yo's thread in NVG.

It is also a rather common rumor that David likes the black chicks, including rumors about him and the 2+2 t-shirt model, can't find any pics of her right now though. This rumor has led to the hand JcJs becoming known as the David Sklansky.
