For non-R&B, a nice song about banging for the first time is Hands Down by Dashboard Confessional. Yeah, I know, emo blah blah blah, but if this song does not reasonably describe at least one of your life experiences, I am sad for you.

Pop Music stands for popular music. Are you saying that no song that is pop and is played on the radio, etc. is also a slow jam?

"The definition of pop music is purposefully flexible as the music that is identified as pop is constantly changing. At any particular point in time it may be easiest to identify pop music as that which is successful on the pop music charts."

Most of the [censored] songs listed are popular.

If you are attempting to construct a playlist that will be romantic and get a girl in a sexual mood, starting it off with Andre from OUtkast's Prototype and Boyz II Men's I swear will be perfect.

Maybe you need to listen to those songs again. They are slow, they have romantic themes, and although they might not be the best songs to play while actually having sex, they are definitely useful in getting there.

I fail to see how I'm 100% wrong. Marvin Gaye and Barry White, wow I bet he didnt think of those! Great insight! lets name the two most obvious possible answers. Personally I think it'd be a bit awkward to turn on a mix right as you're going to have sex, the whole point is to set a subtle background of soft and lovemaking music. Some of them such as Return of the Mack were partly jokes, but I still think they have that cute/funny old school hip hop vibe that will not only make a girl laugh but also get in a more relaxed mood.

Maybe your standard is to run over to the computer and turn on "Lets get it on" as soon as you're about to get it on, but perhaps some more subtle background is appropriate.

He asked for a slow jam CD. While I think Barry White and Marvin Gaye are fine for suggestions, I didn't suggest them. I think your John Legend and I'll Make Love to you are fine and probably the Ginuwine, but I was never a fan of his.

Not all popular music is considered "pop" music. I am saying that pop and slow jams are different. If someone came on here and asked for a CD of sweet pop songs, it would not have any Boyz II Men on it.

BOYZ II MEN DID NOT SING "I SWEAR"!!!!!!!!!!! That is why I mentioned that.
