This guy is a cash cow, so milk him. This is the best kind of player to be against. Play solid poker and wait for hands then let him do the betting into you. I would throw in a bit of gentle ridicule as well if it winds him up and encourages him to throw more money about. People like this may be annoying, but you want them at your table and so will everyone else. Play position, play a lot of drawing hands- small pairs, suited connectors, etc. and just wait to bust him
