It's been a while since I have admitted to myself I was totally lost in a hand... I was totally lost in this hand...

This is at Party and stacks don't typically get as deep as some other games because tables break so often... as a result I don't have much deep stack experience and could feel it coming through in this hand.

Villain is StopLose. For those not familiar, he is definitely one of the top players on Party and he plays a very good laggy style. He's an excellent hand reader.

I have a lot of thoughts, but I'll let people look at the hand first and tell me what they think first. Comments on all streets appreciated...

Obviously the turn bet is very interesting, largely because it could be a misclick (missing only one 0)... If it's not a misclick than the bet sizing is deliberate (he is definitely not a donk) so that must be considered as well...

That looks like a misclick. It also looks like we're losing to a flush. I guess it could be QJ as well, though. Yeah, I'm lost, too.

fwiw, stoplose is very capable of doing this as a bluff(on the river) with the lone As or something, if he feels you are weak.

StopLose was the best player on partypoker better than Blds IMO, and this is a total misclick on turn, the river is kinda a hard decesion but i think I fold is a little better than a call....I prob also dont raise the flop but thats just me.

You're getting 2-1....The only logical river bluffing hand here is A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Ko (4-combos)....He could easily have QQ or JJ...There are also several flush combos he could easily have (at least 8 combos)....Even if he could be occasionaly be bluffing with something else, i think this seems like a fold without any further reads

easy call, supposing it was not a misclick and misclicks dont happen often enough to fold here

The turn bet, intentional or not, gives away a ton about your hand when you just call it because any hand that could comfortably call a river bet would then try and get more money in on the turn.
