Warm/Cold hands

Yeah probably a circulation thing. I have very cold hands/feet, everyone whose hands I come in contact with is warmer than me. In winter time my feet are in mild pain from the cold even inside with wool socks on. And I'm thin too and used to be a runner.

my hands are fine but my feet are messed up. Not only are they ice cold but randomly a toe will fall asleep (go numb). This has been the case for a long time. WTF?

my warmth cost me my last relationship. I feel bad for all you ladies with cold hands and feet but DO NOT try to warm them on me or ill show you the door.

About 5% of men and 10% of women have Raynaud's syndrome. The blood vessels in the extremities over constrict in response to cold and in some cases stress, making hands and feet feel significantly colder than average body temperature. Though hands and feet can handle a drop in blood flow and temperature, the brain and core can not. The temperature of a person's hands is usually not a good indicator of their core temperature, which will rarely differ from yours by more than about one degree Fahrenheit.
