The only proven way to get a woman lose weight is to break up with them. Those extra pounds will come flying off.

I was thinking I could just start flirting more with other girls around her.

Play up the health benefits of working out. Reward her when she works out. Making working out fun for her: e.g. work out with her, learn a sport together with her.

Be honest and say that working out wouldn't hurt. Tell her that she'll be healthier and look more attractive. Seriously.

Tell her to come to the gym with you, because there are cute guys there.

Or just pull the cottage cheese out of the fridge, open it in her presence, and be like "Damn, cottege cheese sure does look gross. It's all chunky looking." She just might get the hint.

10 pounds won't turn a chick from a "super-fit hottie" to "visibly pudgy."

10 lbs is a very visible amount of weight on anyone <180.

For a petite girl... It'd be plain as day.

my GF did the same well actually I gained more than that since I met her, she went from 110 to about 122, luckily she kept most of it in her [censored] and ass. But I just said you are looking fat I bought you a Gym membership go the gym atleast 4 times a week. Her is some protein powder stop eating so much rice at dinner.

It worked out ok. She's now a Yoga teacher after only being a student for just over 1year.
