Have you noticed any rise or fall in the traffic in blackhawk poker rooms since they have made it harder to get money online?

[/ QUOTE ]

Sadly, there's been little increase in traffic.

[/ QUOTE ]

At your place. Those with lower rakes have seen a nice spike. Just food for thought...

ZOMG, is "juanez" Juan from the Bit? It's gotta be. Dude, you know me. Ain't seen you in ages...it's Dave from DC with the smart and cute professor wife. LOL How you been?

[/ QUOTE ]

I think you have me confused with another Juan.

[/ QUOTE ]

Mebbe. The Juan I know wears a cowboy hat and used to deal/play at the Bit 'o Billiards in Longmont. But as far as I knew, he didn't deal at the Lodge, and was only a floor manager? Dunno...I only play at Gilpin at Fortune Valley...anyway, if you're not him, no sweat, just wanted to say "hi" if you were.

I'm still going to kill you in the parking lot, Dude. Don't think you won.

[/ QUOTE ]

Not funny, Dominic

[/ QUOTE ]

Actually I found it pretty amusing.

Every Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

It's hardly the action I'd like (duh), but it's fun enough, and my wife's willing to take part much more often than she's willing to go to Blackhawk, so it's very relationship +EV for me.

No stakes. It's bar poker for points and gift certificates. Players put up no $$$. 12 week seasons, end of season tournaments for cash prizes (nothing to get excited about). Total donkfest, of course. I can't tell you how often KK < 94o.

But it is a social activity...I usually crash out early, then go home and fire up FTP to get my real poker in.

This is the way it's supposed to happen. There's absolutely no reason to tolerate this sort of thing.

You have to wonder though, what is it about being in a casino/poker room that makes people think that death threats will be ignored?

[/ QUOTE ]

I have received death threats on my voice mail at home after making a decision.
