under Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Info

"However, we may exchange information with reputable reporting agencies to maximize the accuracy and security of the information."

what does that mean?

Also, you must keep money in your account at all times so that the monthly $2.95 fee is paid? What if you forget and run out of money in your account? Will there then be an overdraw fee of $25?

"I just got most of the way through the application process. I had planned on putting $50 on the card just to get it set up. The total transaction was going to be $62.77. I stopped there and can't decide if I want to pay that or not. "

i can figure out where about $5 of that $12.77 in fees came from. can you elaborate on exactly what they are charging you for?

-edit-

Ummmm.... ok. they want my SSN? no way. i'll used gift cards, thanks.

Yeah i agree with Mark on this one... i just read the email after he brought it to my attention and there is NO WAY im giving out my SSN to some random company. i will pay the 2$ flat fee on Epassporte, or wait a month for my check. GG NO RE, THNX for the invite, but im not gonna be attending the "lets get ripped off by a new on the block deposit option that is going to send reports to the IRS of our winnings, Party."

but seriously, is this an early april fools joke?

-end rant-

Great! Now that you've decided to stop gambling online, click the X in the upper right hand corner of your browser.

Firstly, I would like to assure you that Full Tilt Poker would never
associate themselves with a company that wouldn’t be of the utmost
quality and integrity. Much time was spent researching this company
before it was considered for implementation on the site.

Yeah because that other payment method offered where you get around MoneyGram's rules about funding online gaming accounts by wiring funds to some dude in Guatemala is not shady at all.

They have a liquidation fee of $25. Does this mean that whenever you cash out your full balance, you have to pay $25?
