for the last year and a half i've had neteller hooked up to my bank account (a dual checking and savings account). however, a year ago i closed the checking portion.

so every time i want cash, i just do the instacash, it comes back nsf. i've left it in the red for periods of over 4 months. then, i pay it back with the winnings and call the support to reenable my instacash. works like a charm.

needless to say its in the red right now

I wouldn't pay them I dime though. We all know if that transaction went through and you didn't do a merchant transfer that it would be good as gone.
