Really? I hardly ever do this.
When I do it, it's usually in response to some retard asking for legal advice on OOT... I start to answer, then I remember how someone will always argue with whatever I say and bring up some technicality that would mean I'm only right 99.9% of the time, and that technically, the legal answer is blah blah blah. The non-lawyers who give legal advice on here always seem to just ignoring the practicalities of the situation and quote the letter of some law that shows the OP is "right"... like people will post "YES you should sue your landlord for that $15 he owes you, the law says blah blah blah..." or some [censored] like that. Then I remember that all this is going to happen and delete my post. But that's <5% of the time.
