Getting your money from Netteller is only one problem. Before those funds are released, if they ever are, your account records are going to be turned over to the IRS. For some folks that will mean that you will get a bill from them for whatever amount they extrapolate that you might owe. Plus penalties and interest. I don't think anyone is going to go to jail. Probably.

[/ QUOTE ] I just carefully looked through NT corporate site. Was most alarmed to see that Chairman's biog lists previous positions as being CEO of chel.com - there was a lot of scumbaggery and criminal dishonesty within chel - SEC investigation, some jail time I believe, most investors (apart from insiders) lost their shirts, logicorp founders lost their company after doing deal with chel. Not good

Jimmy,
(a) got any precedent of any foreign company ever "turning over account records" to the IRS? (b) even if NT just bent over and did that, no worries for people who pay their taxes
