4.5 beers? This is a brag if you are talking about 8% 40ozs. Otherwise, DEAR GOD, I've had like 18 2nite (5% 341ml (standard size) and don't feel sick at all.com Fingers down the throat helps considerably when I am actually close to puking tho, better that than waiting for half an hour with my head over the toilet.

This is btw the best thing that you can do right before you go to bed, because then it is more likely that it a) stays in and b) you won't wake up with such a bad hangover in the first place. Then try to get some minerals and vitamins in. Don't eat or drink anything with fruits, especially apples or oranges, though. The fruit acids will kill your stomach! Water, water, water and a vitamin pill are the way to go. Have fun with your first hangover.
