Re: Email from Neteller
[ QUOTE ]
You can move money from NT to the ATM card a max of $1000 per day. You can withdraw from the ATM the max amount that the ATM will allow, with no daily limit. For example: If you have $3000 you want to move to ATM card, you would move $1000 a day for 3 days to the card. You then go to the ATM. If the ATM has a max withdrawal limit of $500 (typical), then you can withdraw $500 at a time, in rapid succession, until you get the $3000. When the ATM prompts, "Would you like another transaction?" just answer yes and get another $500. -- Kevin [/ QUOTE ] this is true, but most major bank ATMs will do $600 at a time, so you can reduce the fees a little bit that way. |

Re: Email from Neteller
[ QUOTE ]
I just called to have my withdrawal cancelled so I could transfer it to my Neteller card and get it out of the ATM. The customer service guy I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, and very vocal about the situation - we actually ended up shooting the breeze for about 5 minutes after he took care of my account. He was clearly happy to speak with someone without being yelled at, and expressed as much. He talked about how all this came down on them literally overnight, and how overwhelmed everyone in the office has been for the past week or so. He said their #1 priority right now is to figure out how to get everyone in the U.S. their money and how it sucks to lose us all as customers, but once that's done it will be back to business as usual with the hundred-and-some-odd other countries they are still allowed to do deal with. Nice guy. Assuming the transaction actually goes through okay, this will rank as one of my best customer services experiences ever. Neteller has always done good by me and it really sucks to see them go. [/ QUOTE ] it worked - the withdrawal now says "declined" and the money is back in my neteller account. now if i only had my card with me to figure out what my last 4 digits are. almost there! |

Re: Email from Neteller
[ QUOTE ]
too bad accountinquiries@neteller.com isnt a real neteller email address. [/ QUOTE ] This absolutely is a real Neteller email address. What OP posted is exactly the type of response you will get from them as well. They don't give a name or anything. Anyone having account problems would be much better off writing to this address rather than the support@neteller.com one. They respond much more quickly. If people are going to jump down OP's throat and accuse him of lying, at least they can get their own facts straight before spewing misinformation all over the place. |

Our 3rd party processor gave us the wrong file today, and your account will be updated by end of day tomorrow. Thanks for your time and patience. Cheers! ------------------------------ I have updated it for you. Cheers! Short and sweet but much faster response time. |
