Full Tilt is based in Ireland I believe. I read about a year ago that Lederer moved over there in his capacity as CEO or president, whatever his position is.

I just tried to get to their site to dload their software, and it's "under construction".

Does anyone know if they're still accepting neteller from non-Americans?

oh you can log on but and open a table. but try to go to your account or anything like that. It can't be done.
