Currently not reading anything, but I'm about to start on The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allen Poe.

EDIT: Wait, that's not true. I am currently reading "No Limit Hold'em: Theory and Practice" by David Sklansky and Ed Miller

I'm going through all the George Pelecanos books that I have with me. Crime writer, all his books set in D.C, but way better than that sounds. Anyone interested in trying him should probably start with The Big Blowdown, Right as Rain, A Firing Offense or Hard Revolution.

(Anyone who likes The Wire, he was also a writer/producer for that.)

I hear good things, but I have a really long list ahead of that. Pynchon does seem to actually be getting better though, Mason & Dixon was awesome.

I really like him but it takes me so long to get through his books. It took me a year to read Mason and Dixon.

Just finished Inside Delta Force by Eric Haney

The t.v. show The Unit is based off the book. Its pretty well written and very enjoyable. He didn't get into as much detail as I would have liked about the missions, but was still able to explain enough to understand.

Poe is quite nice, I don't remember the title but the short story with the cat could interest chuckles [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
