Anybody remember "The Last American Virgin"? It was ten times better than its contemporary rival, "Porky's", but instead of the usual Hollywood ending, it offered a dramatic twist, that pissed off the audience so much that everyone walked out hating the movie.

The ending to Apocalypse Now has long been criticized. More than anything it probably didn't suck so much as it didn't measure up to the rest of the film, which was obviously awesome.

Also, I've heard there was an alternate ending but don't recall what it was. Sorry.
