Re: Post your current weight and your weight change resolution
Was 184 before Holidays. I probably put on 10 lbs since then, seriously. I would like to be 150-160 by summer.

Not addressing anyone in particular here but kind of curious. Why do guys like to be so skinny? Is it that they want to get back to their high school weight or something? And is this always healthy? |

Re: Post your current weight and your weight change resolution
No scale, but I should be around 150 (5'11"). GF and I are getting gym memberships tomorrow. I'd like to put on some upper body muscle (lower body is fine after playing soccer for 10+ years), and get up to 160ish.

Re: Post your current weight and your weight change resolution
290. Wanna be 250. Just so I can fit in some of the clothes that I already have.
Keep those weight loss and workout threads coming. I'll find something that works for me. |

[/ QUOTE ] I think the amount of 2+2 with a healthy BMI of ~30 is somewhere around 0%. Most people wanna be supermodel skinny or are just fat bastards. Also this thread is for people with weight goals so it'll gravitate people with extremes. |

Re: Post your current weight and your weight change resolution
Just got off scale: 261. Apparently gained three pounds yesterday from alcohol...
Goal: 30 lbs by April 1, not counting the magical alcohol, that means 228. |
