Yeah I mean I'm not so sure I like a river bet but big [censored] deal. If its a bad bet its barely bad at all and will work out just fine in the long run if Ivey is paying attention to the hand. There are plenty of other things to worry about because this hand is really uninteresting.

Then again to even argue about arguing over this seems lame too, most people who know far more about what they're talking about than the rest of us are giving a resounding "meh" as well.

guys who say not to bet QJ on the riv, that means that you cant bet K4 either.

i think the bet is fine.

some of the responses in this thread are so dumb. this is 100% a value-bet and headsup against a really good player, making this bet is mandatory at least some percentage of the time. both players played it standard end of discussion.

the bet is mandatory even if only to protect your triple barrel bluffs in the future. if you only value bet decent Ks and more your bluffing frequency will likely not be what it should be against a tough hu opponent.

i misread and thought strassa was OOP but still betting 3-4 pot here is a lot its only 2nd pair not top kicker
