southerplayalisticadilacmuzic...outkast 36 chambers it was written...nas the black album...jay z hard to earn... ganstarr doggystyle slim shady all eyes on me picture this... do or die u should clarify if u mean rap or hip hop. there is a big difference in the 2 and that could really help u thin out this list. oh yeah and u should give the mixtapes some love too, there are some public mixtapes that make a lot of these albums look bad...

OK, good responses so far, keep em coming, I want this list to be filled to capacity so that everyone gets a chance to vote their favorite albums in- should I allow 5 votes per person to see who makes the round of 64, or perhaps 10 votes a person?

[/ QUOTE ] Im looking for the top RAP album of all-time. Obviously some albums fit under rap and hip-hop, which is fine, but I'm looking for nominations for the greatest rap album of all time.
