The issue isn't so much as what would get one in trouble at work, but the overall content matter itself. And any boss who would have a problem with a nude pic is probably also going to have a problem with seeing something like below on a monitor:

It's clear that the classification of NSFW involves nudity and sex, more than anything else. A picture or a video depicting acts of violence that would give a movie an R-rating could possibly not be considered NSFW on 2+2, but a picture or a video depicting sexual acts or just nudity, almost certainly would.

And BTW, while this refers to sex of any kind, it's mostly about female nudity.

There have been videos and pics depecting greusome acts of violence posted in OOT or BBV in the past. People posting them were often banned or at least suspended.
