Re: UB has no customer support
Update - just got a "so sorry for all the inconveniences for this situation" letter from Omar saying that my concerns have now been forwarded to the appropriate department. I also forgot about the identical message from Henry I got last week. So that makes 8 different people that have now responded all apologizing for the delay and my "inconveniences", but not one of them indicating that they have even understood any of my e-mails nor indicating any kind of meaningful response.
AVOID this site until they obtain some customer service.
