It would be kind of stupid to spam your customers, why would you? It'd only turn them away from your business.

I got the latest spam from them today, this time from bonusfinder.com, claiming to be a "Bonus Finder Newsletter", droning on about the same old bonus. Keywords Tower Gaming, European, Neteller. I've lost count of the fake third parties they've kicked up to advertise their site. They'll never see a cent of my money.

I sent an email to Neteller about Tower Gaming, and asked if they have sold information about their customers to Tower Gaming. Their answer was pretty lame:

-----------------
Dear xxx,

Please review our statement in our Privacy and Policies link on
http://www.neteller.com/home/index.jsf in regards to Third Party Web
Sites, which states:

"E. Third Party Web Sites

not by this Policy. Third party sites may also be subject to the laws of
different countries where requirements and obligations to you are
different. NETELLER has no control over and is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of third party web sites, third party
referrals or web site links.

Specifically, NETELLER is not responsible for the operations of our
registered Merchants (as defined in the Terms of Use), including but not
limited to their information practices. Members submitting information
to or through third-party websites should review the privacy statement
of such sites before providing the operators of those sites with
personal information."

In addition, we suggest you contact this particular merchant to request
that you would no longer like to receive emails from them.

The following Countries can dial Toll Free +800-7767-6343:.
Austria, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Portugal, Japan, Australia,
Taiwan, Israel, UK, France. Germany N, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark,
Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Poland, Macao, Ireland and
Belgium.

Other International locations please contact us at +403-233-9466.

Alternatively you may contact us by email (support@neteller.com) or Live
Help (www.neteller.com).
--------------------------------

Not anything about if they are giving out personal information to third parties, just that they don't take any responsibilty.

But anyway, I sent an email to Tower Gaming that I don't want any spams from them anymore. I haven't received anything since then, but it was only 3 weeks ago.
