Why can't it be a glitch in his connection, the server's connection, or the million other things that can momentarily slow down the internet?

It only applies when you are playing with a guy often enough so that the last 50 hands you played in that session you noticed that his connection was good and his actions in tempo.

I agree with your rationale, but I'd trust something like that alot more in a live game than on the net (betting out of tempo). Think you can rely on such a nuance accurately enough to fold in this situation given the pot odds? I couldn't, but maybe I'm not that good! lol.

This fold is pretty bad. If you're that confident that you are way behind, only call if there is one raise to you on the turn and fold on the river unless and A or 9 comes.

mike,

although i've never played at the site you're on, i think you're giving too much credit to online players that you have never seen before

I'd never fold this ever. Also SB is going to show you like 45s at least half the time if you let him.

bad fold

i agree in on that raising is incorrect and folding is also incorrect.

nothing wrong w/ calling at all.. in fact you want the other player to call in this spot.

his bet out is most definitly a sign you are beat and i think Mike I. was thinking correctly in his evaluation of the action thus far.. but i think calling and folding the river UI is correct here

mike, if you're playing at the site i think you're playing at, you will get TORTURED if you keep folding in spots like this.

mike this fold is ridiculous I don't know why I'm even posting it because you'll never listen even if everyone on the forum tells you otherwise.
