I just tried to search for this name "NYStateofMind23" and get the message: "We're sorry but the Player ID you have entered is not in our database, PLease check the ID and try again"

It has to be the correct name though, because the name doesn't get in your "Find Player" list unless you have successfully located them at the tables before, which I did yesterday and previous days.
