Walk to the M Muni station (half block away)

Climb the 3 steps onto the train.

Repeat on the way home.

All of the workouts in this thread suck.

Creatine probably didn't do anything for you. It give syou water weight which is suppose to aid in recovery. Taking it long-term should speed progress.

Every 13 days or so I swap the keg in the kegerator (15.5 gal).

Other exercise includes assembling the workout bench when I relocate (roughly every year or two).

Besides the above I curl 1.75L bottles of cheap nasty whiskey when I take a sip from the bottle.

The dehydration effect of alcohol offsets the water retention of a high-soduium Ramen Noodle diet so I don't need to work out much.

I used to lift regularly, but am just getting back in the gym after a year+ off. My peaks were around 250 bench and 450 squat @170 lbs.

Right now, I'm just going every other day or as soreness allows, alternating:

3x10 flat bench plus 1xfail burn-out
3x10 either machine lat pulldown or T-row
3x10 dumbell incline plus 1xfail burn-out
3x10 seated row
3x10 cable crossover fly
3x10 shoulder press

and

3x10 squat plus 1xfail burn-out
3x10 deadlift

I run over to the Y to lift, about 1 mile, except on leg days. The first day back on squats killed me; I could hardly walk up stairs the next day. On off days I run about 2.5 miles, and sometimes I just take a full day off. Protein shake after workout, and "Green Bulge" creatine supplement for this month.

I wake up go surf, then if it is good I will probably go again. I do this everyday unless I have something that I have to tend to.

I have been surfing for about 7 months since I moved to san diego. I am about 5 "10 when i moved to sd i weighed about 205-210 lbs. I weighed the other day and I am down to 173 lbs.

I still suck at surfing but enjoy it immensely.

How does surfing get people in such great shape? I know nothing about surfing, but every person I've ever seen who surfs a lot is freaking ripped.

You should really mix things up a bit more or you'll get fat.
Add in a few units of "point & laugh at meatheads from a safe distance" for a starter.
