[ QUOTE ]
The long catches make the highlights, but Smith is a fantastic route runner and possession reciever as well. He shields defenders and adjusts to the ball very well, and has great hands. [/ QUOTE ] I guess I just don't see enough of Steve Smith and when he is on TV he just hasn't impressed me all that much on an every down basis. But I'd take Smith in a heartbeat if I was in the front office. I guess I am bias with Fitz because I love the way he plays football. Quiet, very disciplined, and goes 100% on every place. In college I was rooting for him to win the Heisman just because of who he was on top of his athletic ability. But then that 40 year old QB won it instead. But really, either of them would be great, an Elite WR would be a perfect fit into that offense. |

I would take Smith over Fitz in a heartbeat. I think Fitz's only advantage other than age is size, and Jacksonville already has several large receivers who would be great possession guys if they learned to catch

Redskins- Tom Brady easily
Ravens- this one is much harder. Hutchinson seems like a good choice though. But a playmaker like Steve Smith would be great as well. |

Patriots, Champ Bailey. That's an easy one.

Seahawks: Champ Bailey or some other top corner (our secondary sucks).
Hutch might be good too, though, O-Line has to get better. I can't believe people would rather have Tom Brady than Peyton Manning. |

[ QUOTE ] Bears- LT [/ QUOTE ] Bears are very clearly in the Peyton Manning group. [/ QUOTE ] Their current QB has about 10 career starts and is having a pro bowl calibre year. I'd go with LT as well for them. They could be set at QB for the next 15 years in Chicago. Yes Grossman has had some bad games, but when you look at his lack of experience and compare his to QBs his age, you start to appriciate him much more. |
