I've got my money,...so, tonyG has lousy support services, and IMO they should at least cashout the initial deposit immediately, but at the end it took them 5-6 days to have mine deposited in to neteller. I really appreciate all the help and support, THANKS.

I take it back about Tony G.

"Tony G paid credit to the local player immediately after the tournament, saying "he played exceptionally well". Tony then surprised the crowd with two amazing gestures. First, he handed the Merlion winner's trophy to Josh, so that the trophy would "stay in Singapore". He then promptly handed over 50% of his winnings to Asian and Australian charities (to be nominated by Betfair), impressing everyone with a wonderful display of philanthropy.

OK - update ----

Now they have reversed my cashout, and removed the $75 bonus (which is fine, but they didnt tell me that in the beginning and they didnt email me to explain about it after they did it).

Problem is, they just left the remainder in my account so NOW I have to request a cashout all over again - ARRRGGGHHH!!

Normally I would probably just say 'well what the hell' but I spent several weeks playing there and starting off tables etc to get some action going (there isnt much there btw) and Im not going to let it slide.

They really need to do something about their processes as they just bite at the moment. Its a shame because the people there are friendly and I wouldnt mind playing there occasionally - but not if its going to be like this.

More updates to come....stay tuned....lol
