So funny. After I read the original post, my thoughts were call. The line of the villain in the hand made no sense to me as a hand that beat QJ.

I didn't understand why everyone was saying fold.

I woudl call river.

Edit: Just saw results but honestly this is a very bad bluff. WHat hand are you representing here? This is a very easy call for someone with QQ. Think about every hand that beats QQ and none of them play like you played this hand.

Hey all -

I was villain here; this was my exact thought process

Also - OP, I'm not sure what it was, but you definitely gave off a physical indication that you were about to fold the river (before you decided to raise).

Nice playing with you guys -- were either of you at the table for that hand where the guy's wife cost me a $1400 call? Brutal.

-d.

His river bet made me think he didnt have a Q so I thought he was bluffing at it.it confused me that he would bet a most likely chop at best and what does he think I call with 8 10 8 9. He was in last position and bet when checked to like he does a good % of time. I normally don't bluff in this spot because I rep nothing but I thought he didn't have much or was bluffin. I did give off a tell at the end because it popped into my head last second that you were bluffin and to take a stab. idk what I was doing that hand.
