Here's the answers at least...

a. Throw rope over center of beam. Run the 'tail' of rope R through a fixed loop on the end of that same rope. Apply to neck.
b. Tension=mass (less if you've only been eating Top Ramen for a month)
c. When mass=mB swings into the wall with force
v=v0+at where a=BB/100 and t=3k hands then neck will snap with force f=mB X a.
