Just got this excerpt off of wikipedia.
"Eastern Rabbit Construed in early 20th century Soviet Union as a satirical and anti capitalistic tool. It's intentions of mocking Christian beliefs of rebirth revolving around Jesus Christ our savior,Easter, and the Easter Bunny were all to obvious as rampant anger arose throughout the United States. The holiday, roughly translated from the Russian alphabet as "Die, Rabbit, Die!", took place in a potato field. After a day of atheistic communist excess farmers, drunk off vodka, would supply each child of the village with one gold (fake) coin. A rabbit was let loose and kicked by the most productive farmer of the year past. The rabbit, dazed from the blow, would hop around manically. The first child to effectively catch and strike the rabbit to death with the gold coin was considered the winner and recieved an extra ration of bread...."

To Klumpy and Bigsoonerfast,
You are totally right and it was not my intention of insulting anybody because of their beliefs. I personnally think it is kind of silly believing in God, but as long as it is not fanatism and it doesn't bother me, everybody is allowed to believe in whatever they want. I certainly act/believe in many ways/things many would believe totally screwed up.
