Weren't you able to hear the barking without your neighbor having to call to ask you do something about it? And telling her repeatedly that she should tell you ahead of time about guests coming over makes it sound like you really are the tool that others in this thread are already assuming.

I have no patience with people who live in the us and don't learn to speak english. I think it is great that this woman is trying to assimilate into our culture and learn the language and I think that she should be encouraged to keep trying in every way possible.

Also, it is not her responsibility to tell her when you need to bring your dogs inside.
