I'm sure traffic can get pretty bad in nyc, but I'm guessing your bigger problem was one of vicinity. I've lived in many big cities and none has traffic congestion like LA where it doesn't even have to be rush hour to take 40 minutes to go 7 miles on I5.

If you are playing the 2-3-5 and have a decent stack, then it will make a difference. Either way, by Jan 1st LC's is goin back to NL. Thanks Arnold!
