[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Some people consider babies getting their heads "torn" off an issue. [/ QUOTE ] Yet curiously, the vast majority of these types enthusiastically support the death penalty. [/ QUOTE ] That's because most people are idiots. Also, babies getting their heads "torn" off is one of the dumbest statements ever. Stop trying to use graphic imagery to invoke an emotional response. I'm sure the doctors take out the fetus then place it on a 17th century guillotine to finish it off. Republicans do this so much, it's so annoying. Their typical speech is: "Think of all the citizens that were burned alive on 9/11 in those towers. Now, are you gonna tell me we cant defend them by doing....." |

[ QUOTE ] I'm torn. I hate abortion and love online gambling. [/ QUOTE ] hmm, voting based on an issue that will likely never be an factor in your life or voting based on an issue that effects your day to day life dramatically. How exactly does that make you "torn"? [/ QUOTE ] I can't vote either way in this particular race. |

[/ QUOTE ] Some people consider babies getting their heads "torn" off an issue. [/ QUOTE ] The same people that want to tell other people what they can and cannot do with their bodies based on their morality are the ones that want to tell you not to play online poker because its bad for you and immoral. [/ QUOTE ] I'm not telling a woman what she can or cannot do to her body. Having sex is her choice. I would like to tell her what she can or cannot do to the body living inside of her though. |

I am pro choice. I would like to see every woman have the choice to sit her body down and play online poker.

Won't be voting for Kyl, but can't vote for Pedersen. Anyone willing to spend millions of his own money to secure a job that only pays six figures is far too dangerous for office. They can both go to hell.

Kyl is a douche bag on this issue but what makes you think a lib is going to be any better? The bill passed thanks to a bi-partisan effort. Read the votes. I don't know how this thread degenerated into an abortion rant but it always amazes me that the same people who are pro abortion are anti death penalty. They think it is OK to snuff out the life of an innocent unborn child but a raping murdering scumbag deserves to live. These kooks light a candle and sing 'Kumbaya' outside the prison before the needle goes in and then go down to the abortion clinic and take care of that 'mistake'.
