Default How to alienate prospective roommate?

Good afternoon folks.

I'm a sophomore at Boston College and currently have a triple to myself (both my roommates dropped out at the start of school). Everything was going swell until I got this email today:

Dear TT_fold,

I am writing to inform you that a student by the name of XXXXXXX will be coming by your room in 66 this weekend to meet you. He is looking to do a room change. Currently, you are living alone in a triple, so you should be prepared to get a new roommate(s) at any time. Please make sure that the room is ready and that you make him feel welcome.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

For obvious reasons, I'd prefer to keep this room to myself. I received an email from the student who is looking to move in asking to come check out the place tomorrow afternoon.

Does anyone have some creative ideas on how to make him feel unwelcome? The idea is not for me to get kicked out of the room, so I can't brandish a weapon or anything of that sort. I just don't want an unknown moving in.
