I thought this was ridiculous when you first said it, but I just heard a report on the radio that they've tested the movie and the majority of the people who watched the movie thought Borat was real, LOL. 27% of the people screened weren't familiar with who Borat was, so the combination of the two they are only opening on 800 screens when they planned on opening on 2000. So sad, America is [censored] retarded!

I remember reading an interview where Sacha Baron Cohen said he's never washed the Borat suit in order to give it an "authentic" smell.

call me retarded, but im most likely not seeing the movie. from what ive seen, i dont find the movie funny enough to see it. i imagine id probably get bored sitting through 1-2 hours of this. a few jokes ive heard/seen were funny but not nearly enough to hold my interest.

i prefer plot, storyline, characters and depth over shtick.

coincidently there was just a special on comedy central about the movie. i watched most of the show and found the clips funnier than i thought. still dont think ill see the movie but i was laughing quite a bit at a few "sketches."
