FTP "Waiting for Permission to Login"?

On Thursday afternoon (US Eastern Time), our game began experiencing
issues that prevented certain players from logging on to Full Tilt Poker.

We are working on correcting this problem and we expect to restore full
access to your account no later than 9 AM ET on Friday. While it may be
possible that your account access will be restored earlier, it is our
expectation that you will not be able to log on to Full Tilt Poker
before 9 AM on Friday, October 20th.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are currently evaluating
options concerning compensating you for this inconvenience. We will take
appropriate action regarding compensation once service has been
restored. In addition, we will make sure you receive full credit towards our
Ironman promotion for any days for which you were affected.

still nothing 11 days later what a joke? Anyone else heard anything different from full tilt or the same garbage responses..

I'm done with FTP. I only had a couple minor problems before last night. I could live with those. Last night my pc locked up while 10-tabling, though. A couple hours later I'm playing 8 or 10 sng's and one of my tables freezes. I was playing on my laptop so there was overlap and I didn't notice until the blinds had gone from 15/30 to 80/160. All of my other tables were fine except the one. Today I got disconnected twice. I've had short disconnects before, but these were long enough to sit me out on all of my tables. WTF. I like the software when it works, but it's cost me too much money in the last day or so to justify playing there.

Full Tilt is really disappointing in this post Party Poker era. They had to expect more players they obvisouly did nothing to prepare for it. Also I was disconnected from three 22sngs and they have been telling me they were gonna take care of it for the last 12 days. Their servers and support SUCK that is reason enough you wont find me there.
