You are describing Bull**** Poker....30 years ago there were very few regulars in the bar without a special $20 bill to fleece the few drunks around that were willing to play.
A friendly game like yours only works if theres a dealer...where you pool all the bills and a non player deals them out. Bluffing is integral and a winning strategy. (Also look up "Paycheck Poker"....similar game played on the rigs using check serial #'s.)
