I bet she's a prospective stripper scoping the place out. Which of course would answer many of the unknowns, in addition to what she was doing there alone at 3am: Job? Unemployed. Quiet and shy? No self-esteem. Secretive? She's a prospective stripper. Hell maybe a current stripper thinking of jumping ship to a better club.
Edit: gah, forgot she was only in town till thursday. Maybe she's scoping out the club to maybe move there? Now I'm really stretching...

since I was pretty drunk I didn't explain this well. girl is like 6 - average face, average body, def not stripper material. I see her sitting alone, I start talking to her, blah blah blah. I ask what shes doing here alone and shes like I just got into town and this place is open later than bars. We talk more. She buys me a $8 bottle of water. blah blah blah I get her # and she says "I'm really glad I met you" and we take off. this was at seville.
