I would recommend using moneybookers. If banks aren't allowed to send money to that then I dont know what they are allowed to do now. Moneybookers are used in many other sites besides gambling.

I really do not agree with this statement. Altought, I would rather have 90% rakeback and for WSEX to put the other 10% into commercials

I've been playing wpex and like it -- yes, the software needs inproving, but apparently they are on it. The rakeback is for real; I've received mine twice now. The players seem no better or worse than the other sites, and they get right back to emails, with personal and intelligent responses. There are fewer tables than some sites, more than others. Since the rakeback is a huge deal, I think I'll stick with it. I also would rather not play with eight tabling PokerAce geeks. Actual thinking opponents is more better, no?

Will you ever accept Firepay? That is my only internet-bank link and I intend to keep it that way to prevent complications.

Dear WSEX GM,

Have you ever hear of 'advertising'? I suggest you try it sometime. It may make people outside of this forum aware of your site. Someday you may even have more than 7 or 8 people playing at the same time.

If WSEX can't afford to advertise, then I am all for the 90%RB, 10% advertising idea.

Allow me propose a compromise.

I have heard WSEX's advertising on Stern. Listening to Howard trying to sell 'the negative effect of rake on the player' comes off as awkward. These spots are going over the heads of most fish.

Someone (I think it may have been MicroBob) suggested a campaign that stressed WSEX as "The Home of the Unlimited Bonus". This type of approach would be much more effective.

Another thing- WSEX comes off as sleazy and white trashish. When I see it referred to like this I can't help but make mental comparisons to Golden Palace's tacky attempts at PR. Even if this wasn't the original intent you guys should seriously consider only advertising as WPX and WSX. (I wonder how many fish have logged on only to log out when they don't see any naked chicks?)

Also, I would certainly give up a little RB for a more potent media blitz. In fact, if you guys allocated 10% for advertising and kept another small % for hosting the game, I don't think anyone except the ultra-nits, and [censored] them anyway, would mind.

And 6-max games, doods- not 5-max! This is the time-tested dividing line between attracting gamblers and sharks.

That said, you guys kick serious ass and your attitude is great. Although only getting aces 3 times over 1400 hands yesterday, and having them hold up every time, does make me wonder if your site is rigged like the rest of them.

Kudos, WPEX. Good thoughts, DFR. And I hit the Aces bonus three times today.

I'm also curious on how long you plan to be rake-free. I'm sure this has been asked millions of times before. Personally I wouldn't mind paying a little rake for advertising to attract fishies. You know the whole ".net" advertising.

I love the idea of no rake... good god! I promise I'll blow half of my rakeback on sports bets!! I PROMISE!!

I'll sit down at WSEX just as soon as I clear these bonuses from the soon to be non-US sites.
