another thing i used to do is keep PT running on one of my monitors, so i could get an up to the minute tally of where i was at. im too lazy to use pt now tho so thats out the window. holla

Yeah, I just check it in pt, but it is on a seperate monitor so I can always see it.

For me, changing it from compulsively to almost never really helped in not being result oriented. Although it's pretty poonugetty to end a session and take a look and notice you're down a lot. :]
