Ok, I'm not some super Pats fanboy or anything. I already said the Pats look terrible today. They definitely deserve to lose.

[ QUOTE ]
No, the NFL just has stupid rules, don't try and make it out to be a bad call if they enforce it properly...

[/ QUOTE ]
I was refering to a BS rule, not call.

[/ QUOTE ]

Really?

[ QUOTE ]
What does that have to do with anything? Just because we got one call 5 years ago, all future calls against us are negated?

[/ QUOTE ]

That doesn't sound like you are calling the rule BS.

And I was simply agreeing that the NFL has stupid rules and found it slightly funny that a Pats fan would have a problem with BS rules when the Pats were one of the largest beneficiaries of a suspect rule...

Some Denver LB threw up. Of course NBC goes right in for the shot. NFL.com says he was "injured during the play".

Really? Looks to me like the Broncos are stuffing the run, shutting down the Pat's below average wide receivers and taking the opportunities they are getting to score without making any mistakes. Looks familiar.

[/ QUOTE ]

Pats fans complaining about officiating...it's pretty incredible.

As far as "expecting them to be good"...they have Brady & Bellicheck and since they're not playing fantasy ball, they'll be OK without a true #1 WR. I'd expect them to play very well in Cincy next week, but this putrid performance is really shocking to me at home in a revenge game.

Why are they punting with 5 minutes left down by 10? TMQ always seemed to indicate that Bellichick would never call a stupid punt to keep the score close.

I almost started to believe that Brady could run this offense with any 3 WRs, but I think they'll have to get someone at least half decent.
