[/ QUOTE ] 15% would not be credited PROPERLY (and would require manual crediting), not 15% would be denied. Every manual credit request I've submitted to SIA thus far has been approved. Also, I can provide a screenshot of the support module...these 4 "phantom" inquiries simply don't exist. I've checked the database to be sure. |
