Ok, I think the problem is that I consider raising/reraising with 1/3 my stack, sometimes up to 40%, instead of just pushing.
Should I just set the limit at 30% at the $11's? (And am I right to think that this limit shouldn't be as rigid at higher buyins ?)

Generally, if your stack is at around ~10xBB or below, you don't have room to raise and fold, just push all-in to begin with.

No exceptions. When you have less than 10BB you only play preflop fold/all-in poker. Level doesn't matter, except if you want to trap with AA/KK by doing stuff like min-raising (which most thinking players will be savvy to anyways and becomes highly exploitable).

Agree. It's amazing what pushing AA for 12BB can do for your table image and ability to steal blinds in future ... It's also fairly likely to get a call if you've been pushing a lot and there are some big stacks after you.

If I had at least 13BB and hadn't been pushbotting much yet I might raise AA to 2.5x from late position to make it look like a cheap steal attempt and get a customer, but from early position I push it every time. With 11BB or less anything other than a push is ridiculously obvious.

ok, thanks.
But what about the 30% limit when I'm "deepstacked" ? Does anyone use other rigid limits ? Is 40% terrible ?

If any call is for 40% of your stack or more, you might as well go all-in.

I.e. calling 40% of your stack, only to fold if you don't hit the flop/turn/river is pretty stupid.
