Well I don't make seasoning per se like putting them all together. I just get al the stuff out when I make tacos. An onion, crushed garlic, some cumin, some paprika, some pepper, a little oregano, and *shame* a dash of worcester. Those are the basics anyway. Sometimes I'll add another ingredient or two as it strikes me.

[/ QUOTE ] Whoa, now wait a minute, buddy. I didn't say that it was my favorite salsa, or even that good, just that I have used it. I might not have made that clear, so I needed to defend myself. I agree that there are MUCH MUCH better salsas on the market. I did say that I would never eat at Chi Chi's cause it sucks my azz.

The demise of the Chi-Chi's chain happened here in Pittsburgh from like 500 cases of Hep B that got linked back to vegies that Chi-Chi's used from Mexico.
