It's just supposed to taste like lasagna. I'm not a fan of any of the mass pizza chains, but tried this tonight. Not impressed. I guess it's decent for Pizza Hut.

Ugh. The only good pizza chains are local ones which started as neighbourhood joints and were so good they expanded to several locations: ie Amato in Toronto or Gabriel's in Ottawa.

You're way better off to ask around and find out what the best local pizza places are. Many local papers, particularly college/alternative press type papers have annual "best of the city" polls. That's usually a really good source of info. Obviously that's only once a year, but you can usually find that stuff on the web.

I manage a pizza hut... It's really hit or miss...some people love it, some people really don't like it. The problem is, you can only get it with beef, OR sausage, OR pork, OR just cheese, only. People try and order it with pepperoni and green pepper and we aren't allowed to change it. Something about a trademark... I wasn't really paying attention. Either way it's one of those limited time pizza's, where by the time it catches on and people start to love it, we stop making it and come out with something else.

Amato's in Toronto sucks. They sell "gourmet pizza" which is just a bunch of greasy [censored].

Chains aren't that bad. I like Round Table, that King Aurthur pizza is really good.

I been fiending those Dip n' Strips, such a stoner food. (I'm not 1 tho)

I agree, tho, that local pizza joints are the best. Especially if you are in a big city. I'm in San Francisco, I like Cybelle's pizza.

Pizza Hut is good, I don't care what anyone says. The other chains do suck.

Pizza Hut is way too expensive. A large one topping is like $20.

DOMINOS BABY!!!!

eff the haters.

[/ QUOTE ]

Actually it's $12.77 unless it's stuffed crust, then it's $1.25 more.

The XL Full House one topping is only $10.99 which is only 50 cents more than a medium non-stuffed crust one topping.

At the one I worked at we weren't allowed to change it at all, only beef. Which is nice for the cooks because they can premake a bunch before the rush.
