[/ QUOTE ] I think this seems like the best idea, your dorm burning down is +EV assuming they dont move you into another hell hole, so research other places around campus they could cram you before doing something that gets ya moved into an even warmer building

If you have money to spend, go to Home Depot or Loews, even Walmart, and buy a cheap window A/C unit for $70. Once the weather cools down, you still use it next summer season.
