I believe the blinds are 1k/2k when they are in a no limit game.

Nowhere. Those are the bets for the limit game, which people constantly mistake for the NL blnids. Plus they cap the pots at 100k, so actually the games online are bigger than the big game.

No, they cap the max LOSS per player per pot at 100k. Not many 200k+ pots online, but the additional hands per hour and ability to multitable make it MUCH easier to play a "big game" online, IMHO. Just not limit.

yeah, I couldn't imagine them having an ante equal the small blind. are you sure it's not 1k/2k/$300 or something?

No, there was a thread on this in Tv this week. It's definitely 1k/2k with a 1k ante. There's numerous references to it in negreanu's blog.
