Default 74s - Why do I call reraises?

Ok, this probably is easy for you guys, but I think it may be a problem for me. I feel I have good pot odds to call the reraise, but am I in bad position?

NL100 5 players

SB $89
BB $55.35
Hero $162.95

I don't have too much of a read on BB, but I have the feeling he's a bit loose, passive, bad player. SB and I have been involved in a lot of small pots. He won't let me open complete the SB. He's an aggressive thinking player, but I'm not sure if he's good.

Hero gets 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on Btn.

Folded to Hero, Hero raises to $3.5, SB calls, BB reraises to $9, Hero calls, SB calls.

I've been pretty loose aggressive, and I attack the blinds pretty liberally. Normally I would fold this to a reraise, but it's $16 pot back to me, and it's $5.5 for me to call. Also I have the Btn, but I'll be squeezed playing right after the BB's flop action. Too loose or okay?

$27 pot
Flop is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $15, Hero's move?

Ok, so even though I have the Btn, I'm now squeezed between my opponents. SB's check doesn't really tell me anything, since it's standard. I may have the best hand, but I don't know. What's my move? BB has about $30 behind him.

More importantly, was my major mistake calling the PFRR? What is SB raised to $9, BB called, then would it be okay for me to call $5.50 with a $21.5 pot?
