I just emailed the VIP account and got a reply saying there would be a new offer within a week. They did not offer me any kind of bonus.

I moved from Stars to Party a little while ago. And I am just amazed how often Party is down for me, the client is buggy and slow (not slow as in hands pr hour, beats Stars on that account which is nice). For a company raking in an insane amount of cash, how hard can it be to spend just a little bit on developing non-buggy software and have servers/hardware that secures really good uptimes. Mindboggling stuff how amateurish they seem at times. They are obviously doing well as it is, just don't understand why they don't do the easy stuff above and start listening to their customers as well. They could do even better without any major costs.

I'm not exactly sure why people would want a VIP offer with Monster now in place. No doubt the offer will require one to amass a huge amount of points, and it's very hard to avoid the blue tables when you need to open up multiple screens. VIPs would end up paying more money than they'd make.

If you are going to play at Party no matter what, obviously you'd want every offer available.

I got $100 after sending a email to Party about the lack of VIP offers, btw. Ship it.

I e-mailed party, a well written, friendly, but unsatisfied e-mail, and as always, they filed it under junk mail.

Same goes for me. The email is vip@partypoker.com ...right? I cranked through the first couple VIP offers but skipped the last one, so maybe that's why they didn't respond to my latest email. Although, a poster above emailed bonus@partypoker.com so maybe I'll try that one next.

LOL, as soon as I posted my previous message I get a response from them. Shockingly, they continue with their arbitrary methods.

Dear Player,

Thank you for contacting us.

A bonus of $100 has been added to your bonus account.

Just play 500 raked hands by 1-SEP-06. The amount will then be credited to your
real money account.
We can understand your concern regarding the VIP Bonus offers. I can only assure
you that you will receive a Bonus offer in August, at this moment in time I
cannot tell you what the Bonus will be. I also cannot tell you when you will
receive the offer.

Please be patient as this can take some time.
